Let’s talk about doughnuts. Doughnuts are one of my favorite things to make and eat. Old fashioned, cake, brioche, fritter, cruller, filled, glazed… sprinkles? Don’t mind if I do. The doughnut is a great vehicle for a wide range of flavors and can be eaten at any time of the day. A pretty perfect pastry, IMO.
