As has been previously documented in this newsletter: I really love doughnuts. And as a lover of doughnuts, I am not opposed to frying at home, despite the fact that I have no real exhaust fan in my garden apartment kitchen. It’s fine! It’s fine. As far as lingering cooking odors go, you can do much worse than the sillage of a golden brown doughnut.
