This cake was exceptional. Ive made the rhubarb upside down cake from the NYT but this was far superior!!!
This cake was phenomenal. I used fresh rhubarb to measure out my 3/4 pound. Do you have advice for how to use frozen rhubarb? let it thaw and weight out 3/4 pound?
