I know this will label me as the typical “Ugly American” who just wants things done their way. But really I’m just a cake-starved senior citizen cooking for one, overwhelmed by your “fun cake math,” and without work, AND thus, the funds to buy new equipment. Any chance you can give the 6” cake math and measurements in terms many Americans “get,” like “cups” and “tablespoons”? Most of us don’t have any way to measure “grams” or any idea of the “equivalents.” Many thanks if you would consider that or even just tossing us a couple of basic cake recipes in those terms that we can just make, eat, repeat!
